No problem. Simple, just submit a constitutional amendment to change the section of the constitution where elections are explicitly left to the states to run. Get the required votes (2/3rds of the House and Senate and 3/4ths of the state legislatures). Then you have your federalized elections.
Until that time, you can fuq right off with your federalized elections shyt.
