You know, sometimes the wife is out and all the cats are spread around the house, with NONE of them in the Den where the fireplace is.

So, I turn off the fireplace. 

When the wife gets home, the cats complain that I turned off the fireplace and opened all the windows, JUST to let the freezing air in.
