Hey Tom, security question for you.

Tell us the importance of overview cameras for establishing the "what" happened as opposed to spot cameras that establish the "who" did whatever happened.

The executioner's perspective is effectively worthless. The other video (overview camera) was much better at telling us what happened. It also, in this case, told us who did it. The executioner's camera offers no meaningful new information. In fact, it might hurt his case. If you had just been hit by a car, how did you have time to draw your weapon? This implies he wasn't hit by the car or that he already has his weapon drawn which establishes premeditation. I was once his my a taxi in downtown Chicago. A very low speed crash. 2-3MPH. It didn't knock me over but it certainly disoriented me and, had the situation called for it, I wouldn't have been able to draw a weapon and fire during that period of time where I was disoriented.
