SamplesBoiLike normal mass market Cletus-favored HFCS BBQ sauce. And the cadmium thing is overblown. I bought some and ran it through the mass spectrometer and the cadmium levels were not really that highly elevated.

After all, cadmium helps build stronger tumours.

It is full of MSG. You may flush and get a headache if you eat too much.

That's true of so many BBQ sauces like Sweet Baby Ray's or even Memphis BBQ sauces like Corky's.
I make my own BBQ sauce. It's pretty easy. You just take ketchup and add a sweetener like sugar or molasses (KC BBQ sauce) or honey, a vinegar and some spices with some hot sauce if you like it spicy and it's a lot better than that sugary crap.

^Brown sugar can be used for the sweetener as well. Some recipes call for mustard as well. I like to put in liquid smoke to give it that smoky flavor.

Make your own.
Worcestershire Sauce, pasta sauce, onion flakes, paprika and garlic.
Mix, heat until warm.
Serve on steak.
Winner!
