Add to the list of reasons I'm glad I don't live there anymore!!!

The CITY ATTORNEY has decided that a list of "Ultra Processed" (undefined) and / or made with "industrial process" (also undefined) FOODS are BAD for San Franciscans (including a food liked by the City Attorney himself, thus making him a "VICTIM), AND THEY ARE ADDICTIVE!!!!

Obviously ignoring State and Federal laws about this, he is SUING the food makers for making these foods! He is not trying to get them BANNED, because that would take the Board of Supervisors, who may not go along with HIS HIGHNESSES proclamations. He OBVIOUSLY WANTS THE MONEY!!

I see San Francisco being on the hook for MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS for these false and illegal accusations. Of course, perhaps they'll just send Mr. Chew a big bag of cash to be quiet, which is how San Francisco usually works....

Sounds like the time a bunch of greasy lawyers sued the tobacco producers. Their product was totally legal to sell to adults but they got sued for adverse health effects.
