I've worked with about 100 Blacks in my life. The ones in my current job (about a dozen) are all rather smart. But I work in IT and dumb workers don't cut it.

I've also worked with about 100 East Asians in my life. Each and every one of them was smart and hard-working. But that was in California so I think it's a cultural thing, not that they are naturally that way. I've known quite a few in East Asia itself and most of them in 3rd world countries are lazy. I think that is due in part to the fact they don't get paid much because they live in a 3rd world country. The ones in Singapore are pretty hard working though but they get paid a decent wage.

People who fetishize East Asians haven't actually worked with their general population. Japan may be an exception, I can't say because I've barely worked there.

The Chinese are venal gobshytes, corrupt to the bone, are the last race on earth you want to answer to, and have a paper thin work ethic unless there's a boot on their necks.

The Indians are much the same but with less personal dignity and less intelligence.
