It's a shythole, second only to steaming lowland petri dishes of wogdom like Bangladesh or Nigeria. Their competitive advantage is that it's so shyt their brightest have no option other than to get the fuq out if they're not connected. Unfortunately they bring it all with them.

They also seem to have a massive planning deficiency - to the west of Delhi there is a big shiny commercial district called Gurgaon. Superficially, it looks pretty good - but then the fuqing place floods every monsoon season because the drainage system is just not up to the task of handling the amount of rain you get that time of year. But they knew what the weather patterns were when they built it but apparently just didn't bother to scale the drains up to handle the amount of rain you get between July and September.

The Wogs scammed each other, leaving the area to flood.  A culture of scammers will never do the right thing.

When you say "shytty infrastructure"

Did you mean it literally?

India is mired with filth, suffering and poverty because it is irresponsibly over populated with an absolutely mind blowing quantity of fragrant little men.  It is a neat place to visit for a white knuckle adventure though.  Indian chicks are fabulous too 🤤
