Furthermore, if one person having a seizure causes "an absolute nightmare" for them to deal with they shouldn't be running a bar. But that's irrelevant because, as I mentioned before, most people that arrive with that person aren't going to be able to help with a seizure.

Bars close at 11pm over there. Maybe they have problems with hooligans coming in already hammered at the end of the night and starting fights.
In the approximately 5000 bar sessions I had in my life probabably 4800 of them were alone.

In the UK, you drink until 11pm in a pub THEN hit a late night Indian restaurant where they also serve pints of beer.
