Based on the timeline Halligan gave to the judge, after the jury refused the first indictment the prosecution prepared a second indictment, presented it to the jury, gave them their instructions, sent them to the jury room to deliberate and then got a decision from the jury… and all of that allegedly only took seven minutes.
They’re hiding something and they’re doing a shytty panicked job covering it up.
Nearly everyone Trump has ever appointed has been unqualified and incompetent but Halligan may join us be the least capable one yet.

DOJ has admitted it. Halligan should be facing a Bar disciplinary committee, and disbarrment.
The Justice Department on Wednesday said the full grand jury in its criminal case against former FBI Director James Comey was never presented with a final indictment, imperiling the case’s future.
An assistant U.S. attorney admitted to the procedural error, which Comey’s team says should bar any prosecution.

Like this is the most foundational tenet of our criminal justice system: an indictment must be presented to a grand jury in order to receive a true bill.
That can't be fuqed up on accident.
