"Trump gave Bubba a blow job". It's an analogy; probably some social event where Trump was trying to kiss up to Clinton. Before Trump decided he was running as a Republican, he thought he'd be running for president as a Democrat, so he was probably looking for support.

Yeah, like someone "kissing someone else's ass". They don't really do the act and Trump didn't really give Clinton a bj. Epstein really didn't care for Trump so he's going to say negative, untrue things about him.
