There was a tranny at a gym I use to go to that dressed like that to work out - skin-tight halter top, hot pants.  He was in 50's or 60's.  I complained of course, but they said there was nothing they could do about it, that they'd get sued if they tried, etc.  This was a very expensive gym, so I assumed he was at least a centamillionaire for them to all him to behave that way.
