Let this year be a do-over for crops. Let them rot in the fields and disintegrate into the soil unpicked. It’s good for the soil to have extra compost and the seedz will be there to grow next year. Everyone will be fine.

We used to have migrant workers. They would migrate up and down the latitudes and work a harvest season and then migrate back to Mexico. It did not take long to figure out it was easier just to stay in America and only send the money home. Fast forward to today and we have 20 million illegal immigrants and the problem is so large some people are seriously suggesting we just don't worry about it.
