The funny thing is I am betting the food at Casa Bonita is about as "ethnic" as Taco Bell, or at most Chili's.

I am a Founding Member, but I have not been there since it reopened.  When I get there I am going to flash my card and lord my status over all the employees!

I used to live in San Antonio.
I ate it growing up.
Then I visited Mexico and saw their food hanging in shop windows with flies crawling all over their food.
I saw barbacoa being made. Scraping "meat" from the forehead of a goat skull. I saw street "rabbit" but no wild rabbit.
I decided I dont like mexican food.

I dont have a problem with what you eat.
