I'm thinking of all the WWII and DDR memorials and museums. The various Stasi prisons/buildings/etc. are always fascinating (and dehumanising).
I could spend a week in the Germany History museum alone; it's enormous!
They also have a lot of art museums, including on Museum Island.
And all of the standard tourist rubbish.
Plus it has some pretty decent parks.
Cycling in Berlin is pretty good, but they're missing a lot of their potential. A lot of the cycle tracks were installed in during the NSDAP era to get bikes out of the way of cars, and it shows. They need to take lessons from NRW and Niedersachsen, who are themselves taking lessons from the Dutch.
Plus good potential for day trips, especially with a €50/month Deutchesticket. Potsdam, Dresden, the Elbe river valley by Czechia, Leipzig, Sachsenhausen, Lutherstadt Wittenberg, etc.

According to my parents who lived there in the '60s for a while it was a much nicer and more interesting place back then.
Right now, I'm living in Munich - it's quite pleasant although the incredibly slowness of all official processes is a significant annoyance and German is an over complicated nightmare..
