I'm only down single digits in SPY and QQQ. I have 7 figures in GOOGL that tanked 23% since around peak in Feb and have high 7 figures in another stock that tanked 28% since then. SPY and QQQ are just down 4% and 3% from around then, respectively.

You need to trim that GOOG position - it's dead money for the foreseeable future.
