It's basically the exact same as regular banking but you have to change the terms around in order to pull a fast one on Allah (praise upon his name)

Islamic banking is nothing new. Not charging interest is not the same as an interest free loan they just structure it in a different way.

Basically they’re paying rent plus principle, they don’t get title until they pay off the property… so no interest deduction.
Don’t think they captue any appreciation if they have to “sell” before paying off the house either.
