Secret Service won't allow an ex president to be taken from their custody.

Why not?  He's not a CURRENT President.  Just a former one.  The secret service watches family members as well so are you telling me they wouldn't let Hunter go to jail?

The best thing that the Secret Service can do for Trump is to take away his belt, tie and shoelaces before he's taken into custody.
