The Secret Service would never allow it. Federal law requires them to protect ex presidents. Federal law is supreme and trumps state law and even state constitutions. You believe in federal supremacy, right?

The Secret Service would never allow it because it would be illegal to allow it. A state court order doesn't trump federal law. Now the federal courts ordering it is a different matter.

Is he a flight risk? Well, he owns his own plane, and seems to keep a stack of cash handy he could use to hire a private plane. OTOH, let him flee - it would be revealing to see where he chooses to flee. I don't think Israel really wants to risk the checkbook that keeps their country armed. Let him go to Russia, and we'll see where Trump was aligned all along.

facepalm There is no Federal law saying Trump can’t spend a night in jail. I’m sure they could keep him safe overnight locked in a single cell.
