My old neighbor, Freddy the bagger, moved out.  I never liked that guy.  He was a jerk.

Now there's an Asian family next door and they installed motion detecting lights.

Don't know if there's a camera involved.  I could probably check it out with binoculars in the daytime without setting it off but then there could be witnesses.
