Everyone seems to forget that Trump rushed these vaccines to save his re-election campaign

That is the fact.
Trump was underwater in the polls because people felt he wasn't doing enough about the pandemic, among many other reasons.
So Trump released Operation Warp Speed and rushed these vaccines to market, bypassing the usual FDA and other testing regulations.
Now baggers won't take the jab but refuse to blame Trump for this.
And faggers say "get the jab" and "trust the science" even though Trump was the one who is responsible for there being any vaccines.
See how fuqing stupid all this shyt is?
Baggers, Faggers... you all suck.

Trump may have been responsible for the push but it was the scientists who actually did it.

Contrary to what I feel many here think my opinion isn't that the vaccines are harmless and that everyone should just get it.  My opinion is you should ask your doctor and talk to them about it.  And you should probably do at least some basic research on it as well.  The vaccines most definitely aren't harmless or without risk.  Some people will die due to them.  There IS a risk.  Overall for most people though the risk seems to be higher in NOT getting the vaccine.

My problem is more with the bullshyt conspiracy theories and the people who just blindly parrot every crazy story they read from right wing blogs, Facebook, or Twitter.  All that is is basically just crying wolf and in the end that only hurts people who are bringing up legitimate critical data on the vaccines.

Dumbass dems should have let him win, now they are in a huge mess and it won't be easy for them to recover from this disaster.

Not really.

Trump didn't rush it, he used a framework that was developed after 9/11 to more quickly respond to a germ warfare attack.

The law that authorizes EUA allows some flexibility, but in this case, they decided that no vaccine would be given the EUA unless it met all the standards for safety and effectiveness. They ran the trials that would normally be serially in parallel.

At first some of the Dems were suspicious, but the study data and science won them over.

Coincidentally, some of the manufacturing issues with mRNA vaccines (which had been tested for years) were solved in 2019.

The whole anti-vax thing is really an outgrowth of anti-government and anti-corporate suspicion which has been around for a long time.

SWAT surrounds them with tanks if need be.  Anyone who doesn't lay down their weapons immediately gets shot.  Everyone else gets put in a forcible quarantine for 30 days.  NO MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR ANY COVID-19 RELATED CONDITIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO THESE PROTESTERS.  In fact for the ones who get sick we will put a webcam on them and live stream it so the world can watch them suffer and possibly even die slowly.  Perhaps this will make others think twice before dismissing this and putting others at risk?

Re: Everyone seems to forget that Trump rushed these vaccines to save his re-election campaign

Everyone forgets trump's phone calling didn’t make one iota of difference in the vaccine's pace of development.

The only reason anyone credits Trump with aiding the vaccine development is in the hope his base will get vaccinated.

Else show the mechanism by which Trump's actions improved vaccine development over the inherent urgency anyone would feel inspired by when faced with that work?

Trump's a moron who accomplished Zero.
