There's something satisfying about making your own chicken stock
I just made a pot of it. It took 4 hours, sending wonderful smells of celery, onions, bay and thyme through my apartment.
(I voted for Nancy Pelosi and ridicule hillbilly teabaggers from flyoverville.)

I make yummy chicken stock in the crockpot every week. 
We have soup one day and use the rest during the week.
