The lack of protein makes you very hungry so you attempt to fulfill that hunger by eating low quality carbs...the vegan diet is a shytty diet for sure.

Where do you see these 'fat pasty midgets?' Under your bed? Every hardcore vegetarian I've run into (and I mean over the last 30 years) is skinny and spaced-out.

Morton Downey Jr. rarely got a good shot in, but the time he had some vegans on his show was an exception. He looked them over and said "Let me ask you, if vegetarianism is so good for you why do you look like you're near death?"
Of course then he died of cancer.
