My research led me to think that the '80-'82 300 Series were prone to rust issues and were hard to find in good condition. I could be mistaken.
I'm going for a 'S' model. I figure if I'm going to buy something to drive for the next 20 years, I might as well be comfortable.

That's what really kills me. All the hippies who live in a fantasy world and who say "use alternative fuels!", without realizing that you have to build those nuclear power plants and windmills and dams, and that takes lots and lots of fossil fuels and carbon emissions.
