Murkowski will win, bookmark this.

Murkowski is not a barometer for the overall picture, nor is it a key seat. The only reason she's getting any attention is because of Palin. Murkowski has not been getting that strong a reaction in Alaska, mostly because people can't quite figure out what she is, she's so soft on so many issues.

The fact is, this was not an encouraging result for Dems. The actual turnout is not being talked about, I suspect that Dems are sitting it out. I guarantee you, there is doom and gloom at the Democratic Party Headquarters today.

The race isn't over yet. This is just the primaries, and the big story is how many Tea Party candidates won. That is a MAJOR shot across both party's bow. There could be major upsets on both sides of the aisle in November.

All fo the finger pointing and jeering from the libs over the Tea Party may come back to haunt them in a big way - and it will be well deserved.

Some of the tea party candidates are so wacky that DEMS will beat them.

I don't think they care, they got what they wanted - HCR and a vigorous looting of the treasury.
