thanks, op.  well, that's it then.  conclusive evidence of the united states' corruption.  in addition to blocking attempts of citizens to assert rights guaranteed in the constitution, the high court is assessing punitive fees for them to even attempt.

It's frivolous for not doing the groundwork to justify their case, not following the instructions of the courts, and making up charges about the judge when things didn't go her way.  It's not bad enough that courts have no responsibility to prove or disprove crackpot theories for people, Orly Taitz has made the kinds of mistakes that would get people with far more legitamite complaints sanctioned.

All you have to do is read some of her court filings and the responses from the judges to figure it out.  You don't need a law degree to know that it's a bad idea to piss off the judge trying your case, and even worse if you do it in writing.
