Just moved out. Tried to hand me the keys to give to landlady. I refused. He has to relinquish his tenancy. He hasn't even paid February's rent which he had promised to pay now, but he says he can't pay it. He's going to have to come back to hand over the keys to the landlady and face her wrath. I called her and she's pissed. Now it is pretty much guaranteed she will go after him in court.

Not only that, but he left the kitchen in a fuqing mess which I am going to leave for the landlady to see when she gets here, possibly tomorrow. When I went to turn the light off which he left on outside his room, I checked to see if he had cleared everything out which he had... although surprise surprise... there were my scissors. Lying motherfuqer.
