It's really easy. Heat up some olive oil in a saut? pan on medium high, then add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, and pine nuts, cook for about a minute. Add the spinach. It cooks down very quickly, but you have to keep stirring. Saut? for about 3-4 minutes then take it off the heat. Add some lemon juice before you eat.

I tried grass fed beef once, but didn't like it. Too tough, but maybe I cooked it wrong. What cut did you use? Also, what's in your guacamole? I've been making some killer guac lately.

This was just ground beef.
Guac I just go simple: Onions, avocado, Serrano or jalape?o, lime juice, cumin, little salt and pepper, and cilantro.
