Anyway, this dipshyt chick isn't being called on to impeach Bongo. Neither is any court where "birther" suits have been filed.

The courts haven't been asked to remove Bongo, and constitutionally they can't. However, there's nothing in the constitution to stop a court from finding that Bongo's papers don't pass the mustard.

The Supreme Court, for instance, could examine Bongo's birth documents and hear relevant testimony and find that Bongo isn't a natural-born citizen. It would be up to the congress, then, to impeach Bongo if it saw fit to do so.
