Liquid & Immersion Cooling Makers: Supply direct-to-chip cold plates and coolant distribution units (CDUs) to absorb massive GPU heat (~35%–50% gross margin).

Electrical Equipment Manufacturers: Build high-voltage transformers, switchgear, and backup generators required to handle heavy electrical loads (~30%–45% gross margin).

Regulated Electric Utilities: Charge hyperscalers for grid power consumption and transmission line buildouts (~25%–40% gross margin).

Municipal Water Districts: Sell millions of gallons of daily municipal water to data centers for evaporative cooling (~20%–35% gross margin).

Semiconductor Foundries & Designers: Manufacture and sell high-density GPUs and high-bandwidth memory chips powering model training (~60%–75% gross margin).

Any business that relies on suppliers running at 50% markup without actual profit is going to fail.
