Basically a green line appearing ABOVE the gray line indicates HIGHER turnout than in 2022 (and vice-versa with it being lower indicating lower turnout). The background color basically indicates whether it is a Dem or Bag majority county in the past.

Color is partisan lean, gray line is showing votes cast during 2022 Election Day, green, votes today.
Looking at the graphs would definitely suggest a blue shift in the electorate compared to 2022, which isn’t surprising. The bluer counties generally seem to be performing better than the redder ones.
Though guessing you’d need a decent amount of people switching votes from 2022 for any big upsets to happen in FL statewide races.

If the GOP were significantly losing in Florida with radically lower turnout, it would suggest a blue tsunami is coming.

Notice the turnout in Osceola. It's sky high. That area over the last 20 years has had a huge influx of Puerto Ricans and South Americans. If you go to a fast food place there, odds will be high that most transactions are conducted in Spanish. I used to live there for a short time long ago.
