I live in Illinois but that's not where they live. It's like a limited permit daytime only license or something like that. It's past a learner's permit and prior to the full fledged license.

They just got a little 'lectric car for her so the full license is coming soon. At least she likes driving. She started lobbying for a second car and to get first in line for driving school when she was like 11.
