But a clever obese man could probably setup AI agents to take many remote jobs at the same time.

The jobs that will be harder for AI to replace will require either manual labor (like plumbers, welders, nurses) or in-person physical appearance (institutional sales).

Obese people will have to lose weight, or be turned into soylent green.

People keep saying this but you just fuse a robot like Optimus with AI and it can be a plumber or welder quite easily.

On the other hand, AI is threatening desk jobs right now.

I don't think it's as far into the future as you think.  It's mainly just cost and return dependent.  Also maybe a little customer service dependent (imagine something like Robocop knocking on your door as your plumber! lol) I believe technically it can be done right now.
