As many of you know, one of my continuing operations is a hospitality property @ Lake Tahoe. This article may SEEM to be about food and beverage services in hotels, but it sticks for ANY public facing operation. Take action before any guest even notices anything out of place.
For example, I recently replaced the clothes washer there, just based on it not operating at 100% of what I expect. Same lesson: Keep your property maintained and improved always, and it will benefit your guests AND YOUR OPERATION consistently.

The only thing you've achieved is failure. You had to sell your California home because you could no longer make the payments and moved to the rape capital of the USA.
