If history is any indicator:
First, you will ignore all warnings for the next week.
Then, you will refuse to get on the free busses that will take you to a sanctuary.
Then, you will refuse to go to the refuge of last resort (superdome)
Then, you will riot, rape, and loot everything inside the superdome because they wont let you loot the rest of the city.
Finally, you will play the victim and cry on tv about how all the White people left you behind to die.

Not much. I've been in The Chocolate City at election time. The political signs candidate place at election time have a number for each candidate. That way, the illiterate can vote.
You can be sure the cemetary vote is a Democrat voting bloc.
