Fortunately for me, when I was in the Navy, the only time I was at sea was on the USS Belleau Wood (LHA-3) with my Marines. BUT, I can tell you that being on a ship seemed to suck for the guys who lived on it.

By all accounts being "under way" is some serious fuqing bullshyt.
My understanding is that it is like the army but your on a boat so it is gayer and more class oriented. I would die.
