Are your best days behind you? Or. Are your best days ahead?

Yes.

SpankyBehind for sure. This is the case for all old people.

You can run a marathon at 60, 70 even.

.,when you're young and in college you have no money but seemingly endless time and an unlimited future. At some point this inverts and time becomes more valuable than money. That is when your best days are behind you.

That's a non sequitur.

Correct.
I think if it like a party house.
When you are young, you could really use a party house - a house that is ideal for throwing parties - but you can't afford one.
When you are old, you can afford a party house but really have no use for one.
So, ask yourself. Do you own a house that would have been great to party in when you were young? If so, then you are old.

No... it is not. Routine physical activity improves your health and mood. Improved health and mood could lead to very good days indeed. It's not guaranteed but neither is "This is the case for all old people."
You've always had a large amount of trouble separating opinion from fact.

Always?
I thought you were new here. That’s what you said. How could you know what I “always” do if you’ve only been here a couple weeks?
