OR data centers could build their own power and connectivity infrastructure. AND AFTER that idea... everyone gets out of the way,

1. Each data center pays three times the normal residential electricity or water rate.

2. Every household or business within 0.5 miles of the data center gets $100,000/year from the data center.

3.  Every household or business within 1 mile of the data center gets $50,000/year.

4.  Every household or business within 5 miles of the data center gets $25,000/year.

5. If the data center is found to be polluting the water or air in excess of regulations they will pay every household and business within 10 miles $100,000 each.

6. The data center will put up $100 million in bond prior to beginning operations.

40 states should pass this law and the other 10 will benefit from that.
