Onsite IT Support Technician (Managed Services
Technical Requirements:

- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP
- Azure
- SentinelOne
- TCP/IP
- VPN
- Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Network printers
- Basic PowerShell
- Microsoft Intune (preferred)
- Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaOne, or similar)
- Hardware troubleshooting
- VoIP support
The environment includes Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 11, Hyper-V servers, SentinelOne, VoIP, and leased network printers.
**Functional Requirements:**
- Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues
- Onboard and offboard users
- Install and configure PCs/laptops
- Support meeting room equipment and printers
- Troubleshoot user-level network issues
- Coordinate with remote engineers for escalations
- Maintain IT asset documentation
- Assist with hardware procurement and deployment
- Support Hyper-V server room when required
- Provide excellent customer service and document all work performed
**Work Schedule:**
- 12 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
