Personally, my biggest disappointment in President Trump was when he didn't send Bush43, Cheney, Powell, Mueller and Bolton to the ICC for war crimes prosecution during his first term.

There is an argument on leftist circles if Trump will be sent to the ICC, with many saying, "The US could just join and send him".
