Instead, I can wait for 6 months to get an appointment, only to have a foreign physician talk in semi-english for 5 minutes while typing a bunch of bullshyt into his laptop, so I can have my $50 copay.

Many medical plans are available that offer large national networks, or for less money, decent reimbursement on out of network costs.
