They all figgered this out years ago, what was once a luxury service for the wealthy is now detailed dental treatments for the non-paying.
Before Spanky says not true, I have real life experience going to 3 different orthodontist offices to have consultations for a family member, and every waiting room was full of squat Hispanics and multiple anchors in tow. Standing room only, booked out for months, just to see a spoiled orthodontist living large off govt cheese Medicaid payments. “Medically necessary” is an extremely low bar, of course they say every last treatment is medically necessary.

Then there are dermatologists doing this too, anchor kids go for every rash or pimple because it’s a status symbol to brag home about that is 100% free.

Freeloaders should MAYBE get a dental cleaning twice a year, not orthodontics on taxpayer dime.
