Correct.
Combined with living in the south for much of our history has retarded their development. The heat and parasites are very destructive to human development over time. In addition, there is the true genetic aspect that relates to empathy, self awareness, and theory of mind. All of these were some of the most recent genetic traits to emerge. Baggers lack them.
