The quality of these tools is rapidly deteriorating. Something is awry. Maybe gov't intervention.
In the past 48 hours, Claude Code decided to revert a large swath of code in my project without asking. Then it attempted to fix a race condition by writing some bizarre and convoluted distributed lock, despite the root cause being a simple one-line fix in the existing code.
