A few post-rendering fixes have been made in the modern and old topic views.

Fixed:

- Posts with manual spacing should now preserve line breaks and spacing more consistently.
- Code blocks should behave better in both old and modern views.
- Long code blocks in modern view now get their own scrollbar instead of forcing the entire post area to do all the scrolling.
- Quoted posts containing code blocks should now render the quoted code correctly instead of showing an internal placeholder value.
- Some safe-mode links that were displaying incorrectly should now point to the right destination.
