It's crazy.  I know the video must be skipping the slow parts, but still.  The cops warn them and try and calm them down, but they keep escalating.  Eventually they have the woman on the ground in a "body wrap", and she's screaming about her First, Second and Third Amendment rights?  The Third Amendment forbids quartering military in private homes during peacetime.  Like Officer Salazar is moving into their house?

I'm wondering about the event that triggered it all.  The van next to their vehicle had a dog sled on it.  Presumably, there was some incident with the woman away from the cars, and it sounds like the folks from the van turned the other cheek and asked her if she was okay or needed help, which just enraged them.
