Tom LeykisAs you well know, one son is heading up to The Tahoe Place soon. One idea is to turn the living room / home theater into a MAGA one!!! From the pictures, it appears to be a 65 to 70" screen there now. It would be fun to mount that in the MASTER BEDROOM (They are usually the folks paying for the place), and getting a
NEW ONE for a MAGA home theater!!!! Samsung seems to have a nice 98" one with crystal UHD. If someone likes it enough to buy 2 nights, it pays for itself and then some!!
Yes, it CAN be delivered, which is kind of important in this era of smaller cars.

A shyt TV for a shyt property rented by a shyt person to shyt guests.

SockpuppetTom, it is not possible to rent your place for two nights.
You don’t have a short term rental permit.
You said you’d be the first one to receive a permit. Instead you didn’t receive one at all and likely never will.

It IS true! The prices have come way down for things like giant TVs. Remember when burglars would break into houses to steal TV's? That was a while ago, but it happened. I think they only get stolen nowadays if they're still in the box.
That TV I found is almost an impulse item, considering the situation. My MAIN concern is to make sure that those TVs stay right where I put them: Nothing falling on a child, NO MATTER what they do. The older TV in the master bedroom is held with a bracket attached to the wood wall with 32 screws. Yeah, maybe a little overboard, but that's the way I do things.

I do not answer Spanky's stupid, mindless and mentally defective questions.

PlenisI would get a roku tv, they have a guest mode. If people want a larger view, have a sound bar/projector combo they can plug their phone or laptop into and stream their own content as they please.

Interesting. What is a "guest" mode, and why would I want such a thing? The guests have access to just about everything in the house (except our personal items, clothes, Henkels knives and booze).

Roku TV's Guest Mode (also called Auto Sign-Out) is a feature that allows visitors to safely log into their own streaming accounts on your device without gaining access to your personal subscriptions, viewing history, or saved payment information. It is highly popular for short-term rentals (like Airbnbs) and households that frequently host friends or family. How It Works for GuestsSign-in: When guests turn on the TV, they are prompted to enter a checkout or departure date.Personalization: Guests can download their preferred apps and log in using their own credentials (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+).Automatic Sign-Out: On the selected date and time, the Roku TV automatically signs the guests out of all apps and deletes their downloaded applications and viewing history.Manual Sign-Out: If guests leave early, they can also manually clear their accounts by navigating to "Guest Options" in the menu.Benefits for the HostAccount Protection: Guests cannot access your personal Roku account, make unauthorized purchases on your card, or mess with your personalized recommendations. No Manual Cleanup: You don't have to worry about the next guest seeing the previous person's logged-in accounts.Peace of Mind: Your main profile remains untouched, and any added apps or search history disappear after the guest leaves. How to Enable ItTo use Guest Mode, you must have a Roku PIN set up on your account. You can turn it on directly on the TV by going to Settings > Guest Mode > Enter Guest Mode, or by managing your devices online at Roku's Official Account Portal.

Tom LeykisThank you for that! I will chat it up with my sons who are quite up on that stuff. I tend to like the Samsung, because they're so reliable. If something like a TV fails during a guest stay, THAT becomes an emergency to replace. Eliminating things like that is how you keep guests smiling!
Thanks again.

That's right Diaper Boy. Nobody cared or cares about your proposed television, your rental property or any other grubby random detail of your mediocre, pointless life.

It’s a piece of shyt. Absolutely garbage.

SockpuppetTom, why weren’t you issued a short-term rental permit for your Tahoe property after you indicated you were aiming to obtain the first one issued?

Creepy-Boy is going fishing for information - as usual. Not only will I not give him what he seeks, it's pretty easy to feed him false information, so he continues making a creepy fool of himself, that nobody wants to get close to. Nobody does.

Tom, why do you continue to try and lie about this?
It is a legally known FACT that you were not issued a short term rental permit.
All properties with such a permit are legally required to display the permit number on all advertisements. Your property listing does not contain such a permit number in the listing. Furthermore, your property listing explicitly states “30-day minimum stay”.
Why are you such a liar? It’s really sick.

He sure is fishing today. He really has no idea - and no business knowing - anything going on.
