It will all be bushhogged in the fall so tree seedlings do not take over. Or not.
Planned to put in a meadow but overgrown grass is close enough. No mow, no water, no preening over a lawn.

Since it costs nearly $100 t get my yard mowed, trimmed, and blown out, I do it myself on my 25 year old John Deer rider. Last year I had to learn to weld to repair the deck. I'm waiting for something major to break like the engine or transmission to replace it.

I wanted to get a service to do it, but it would cost 80-100 per mow.
