* Vessels will receive mandatory transit rules and “safe passage” instructions that must be followed to enter the strait.

* The IRGC Navy has warned ships to remain within an Iran-designated “approved corridor” or face a “firm response.”

The PGSA document now made available to shippers comprises more than 40 questions, requiring vessels to declare their name and identification number, any “previous name,” country of origin and destination.

Doesn't look to me like Iran is in any mood to make a deal and has moved away from the war
