I have a redirect order so it is supposed to go to the local UPS store for pick up so I don't have to wait all day for them. But in this case the weight of the package is too much to do that. It's fuqing stupid. If you can't give me a two hour window in 2026 the night before GTFO of here!

You can't even track the package on their site using Firefox with these UPS idiots. They don't even bother to give a helpful error message.

You can pay a small fee to have it delivered within a two hour window. At least you can here. If you think you will use that service more than twice in a year it is cheaper to sign up for the "plus" service or whatever the fuq they call it. Then you can do it an unlimited number of times.
