I feel like my Smart TVs most recent update caused problems with the picture. I think they're trying to get me to buy a new TV.

TV is only 6 years old and picture was fine.

All of a sudden, 3 of 4 LED arrays are showing everything too dark. I could see one failing, but 3 all at the same time??

Probably the newer TVs have more advanced microphones and spycams and tracking/telemetry software.
